Energy healing, also called energy work, uses universal life force energy (chi or prana) to balance energy and release blockages in the physical body, etheric body (aura), time, and space. Energy work opens energy centers (chakras) in the body. Once the chakras are open, energy can flow easily, allowing the body to self-heal. Different forms of energy work can be used alone, together, or with gemstones to augment the healing.

Energy work is channeled by the practioner and transferred to the client through the practioner’s hands. When the energy is being transferred, you may feel some heat, tingling, or movement in your body. This is not painful. In fact, energy work has a relaxing, soothing effect on both the client and the practioner. Many clients enter a trance state or fall asleep during treatment.
