A Self-Hypnosis Workshop
Tokyo is great, but living in a big city can be stressful. When we are stressed, our bodies go into a fight-flight-or-freeze mode. The long-term effects of this stress on our bodies can lead to poor health and disease. By using hypnosis, you can switch your body out of the stressed mode into a state of profound relaxation. In this workshop, you will learn visualization and self-hypnosis techniques to quiet your mind and relax your body. You will also learn how to use hypnosis for power napping!
